What are Branded Flatlay Photos?

My motto is: Branding is Story, and Story is emotional connection.

Branded Flatlay Photos are a creative and visually stunning way to communicate the story of your business and what you have to offer to potential customers and clients with feeling, so that they connect with your business on an emotional level. Every business has a story- the who, what, when, where, and why that makes them unique and worthwhile. “Branding” is everything that goes into telling that story (products, logo, color scheme, copy), and Visual branding are all the parts that involve what people actually see. I want them to feel something when they see your branded photos, and I accomplish that by combining objects, lighting, textures, and colors that relate to your brand/story.

How can Branded Flatlay Photos help my Business?

Besides helping your effectively communicate your story, the packages are designed to give you enough images to use across all platforms of your business. This creates Brand Consistency, meaning that no matter if someone comes across your business on social media, your website, an email, a flyer, or a brochure, they connect in the same way to your story. Brand Consistency helps potential customers and clients understand who you are and connect with you. Consistency also boosts your professional appearance, which inspires confidence as well.

How do I know what to send you for my Flatlay Photoshoot?

An important part of our one-on-one session is about answering this question. Before our session, I will send you an online form/questionnaire to fill out about your brand. Then, during our session, we will go through your completed form together. By the end of our session, we will decide which items you will send and which I will provide. Common things clients send me are items with their logo (business cards, pens, notepads, stationary, etc.), products being featured in the photos, and/or items that relate to the services your business provides. For instance, the B&B properties I’ve worked with sent room keys, a set of dishes, print outs of their gift certificates and policies, local coffee they provide, and small items from their rooms (small pieces of framed artwork, vintage postcards used to decorate, decorative fruit, decorative pillows, coffee mugs with their logo, a blanket, small signs etc). The important thing to remember is that I will help you choose these items. *I will return anything you send to me!

How do I get my images?

I upload all of your images to a Google Drive Folder that I then share with you, so you have immediate access once editing is complete! This way you don’t have to wait! You will have one month to make sure you download your images and move them to your own folder before I delete my Shared Google Drive Folder. Don’t worry, I will contact you to make sure you have them safely saved to your own devices before I take them down.

Do you provide graphic design services using my Branded Flatlay Photos?

No, I do not currently provide graphic design services. The packages I offer are for just the photographs. Once you have your branded photos though, they are intended to be used for a variety of marketing materials.
